The hotel exceeded my high expectations in every way possible. Not only did they provide ironing facilities for my wrinkled clothes, but they also went above and beyond by helping me find my lost barrette, which I thought I would never see again. the heating in the apartment was perfect, keeping me cozy and warm during the cool evenings. the sitting area was so comfortable, and I loved having a dining table to enjoy my meals. the free toiletries were a nice touch, and I appreciated having an electric kettle for my morning coffee. Overall, the attention to detail and exceptional service at this hotel truly impressed me, and I cannot wait to return.
